Introduction To Digital Photography - BEGINNERS LEVEL
This class is designed to get you started on digital photography. Focus will be on digital point and shoot cameras covering basic camera operation, such as: Types of Digital Images, Techniques for taking better pictures, Digital Photography terminology – i.e., pixels, image size, and file formats, Types of Media Cards, Aspect Ratio, Optical vs. Digital Zoom, Focus Lock, White Balance Settings, “The Rule of Thirds”, Scene Modes, Flash Modes, Playback Modes/Deleting Images, etc. We encourage you to bring your camera to class so that you can follow along with the examples demonstrated.
The fee for this one 2 ½ hr. session is $49.99 plus tax. Class size is limited to approximately 16 students.

Digital Cameras Intermediate
This round-table style class is designed to take your digital photography to the next level by giving you hands-on training with your camera. We will show you how to set and adjust the most common features found on all digital cameras. For example, setting camera resolution, white balance, focus, iso speed, flash settings, exposure compensation and, shooting modes. Real world tips and techniques for taking better pictures will be presented throughout the class.
The fee for this one 2 ½ hr. session is $59.99 plus tax. Class size is limited to approximately 7 students.

If you have a basic knowledge of photography and are eager to take it to the next level, this is the course for you. You will learn to see everyday things in a whole new light. This course lets you experience just what you and your camera can do.
• Create vivid unusual colors and interesting special effects (FX).
• Stage a still life like a painter would; learn the art of “camera dancing” and camera “oil painting”.
• Learn the ins and outs of entering shows and exhibits.
