About Creative Photo

Dave “D3” Neff is our Film Lab Manager. He runs the day to day Film Lab operations making sure that your film scans & prints look their best.  He has 30+ years experience in the photo lab industry from his start as a photo lab technician in the 1990’s, to becoming a technician and trainer for Noritsu, one of the largest photo lab manufacturers in the world, to opening two start-up labs and getting a Specialized Associates Degree in Digital Media from Full Sail University along the way. All of that aside, D3 loves photography and sharing his knowledge of cameras and photography with others.

As Creative Photo’s Lead Graphic Designer, Jeremy combines artistic talent with technical mastery. With years of experience as both a graphic artist and photographer, he specializes in photo restoration, enhancement, and creative design using a variety of professional software tools. Jeremy’s thoughtful approach and exceptional customer service have made him a favorite among returning clients. Whether restoring cherished memories or creating stunning enlargements on canvas or fine art paper, he approaches each project with precision and care.

Kaia is the friendly face who ensures every customer feels valued from the moment they walk in. With a background in design and painting, she brings an artistic eye to each order—guiding customers through every detail of their projects. Her dedication to service and genuine warmth make every Creative Photo experience personal and memorable.

Adrian brings creativity and versatility to every corner of Creative Photo. As our Lead Photo Gift Creator and experienced lab technician, he works closely with clients to produce stunning metal, canvas, and photo prints. A passionate film photographer, Adrian also assists in film development and scanning, helping to keep the art of analog photography alive with care and craftsmanship.

Anna joined Creative Photo as a customer service associate and has grown into her role as one of our talented Film Lab Technicians. Passionate about both the craft and nostalgia of film photography, she brings energy, curiosity, and creativity to everything she does. Whether she’s developing, scanning, or printing film, Anna’s attention to detail and love for the medium help bring each image to life. When she’s not in the lab, you can often find her behind (or in front of) a camera, continuing to grow her own artistic journey.

Sherry is a master custom framer at Frame Works. With a background in painting, gallery setup, and fine art presentation, she approaches each project as a true artist. From shadow boxes to custom mats and frame designs, Sherry works one-on-one with clients to create beautifully finished pieces that showcase and preserve their most meaningful memories. Her artistry, attention to detail, and warm demeanor make her a trusted professional for all custom framing needs.

Don is a multi-talented custom framer whose creativity extends beyond the frame. With skills in sculpting, sewing, and design, he brings a unique artistic perspective to every project he handles. Don takes great care in crafting frames that enhance the beauty and sentiment of each piece—whether it’s a cherished photo, artwork, or heirloom. His hands-on approach and genuine passion for the craft ensure that every frame he creates is both meaningful and masterfully made.

Linda is the newest addition to the Frame Works team, bringing years of experience and a warm, personal touch to every custom project. Skilled in framing everything from canvas prints to delicate heirlooms, she works closely with customers to design displays that beautifully highlight their most treasured pieces. Linda’s thoughtful attention to detail and friendly nature make her an absolute joy to work with, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless and creative experience.

Freddy is a talented in-house photographer at the Portrait Studio by Creative Photo. With experience in branding, family portraits, Lifestyle and Model Photography, he has an eye for capturing both authenticity and artistry in every shot. Freddy also leads the studio’s specialized services, including large art reproductions and the unique Iris Photography sessions. Whether working in-studio or on-location, Freddy’s creative direction and passion for photography ensure each client receives stunning images that tell their story beautifully.
